What’s the rapid prototping ?

Rapid prototyping is a technique used in product development to quickly create physical prototypes of a design. This process enables designers and engineers to validate and test their ideas before moving on to full-scale production.

What types of rapid prototyping can we make at ABBYLEE?

1.CNC Machining Rapid Prototyping

2.3D Printing Stereolithography (SLA): This technique uses a laser to cure liquid resin into solid layers, forming a 3D object. Selective laser sintering (SLS): This technique uses a laser to fuse powdered material, such as plastic, metal, or ceramic, into solid layers, forming a 3D object. Selective Laser Melting (SLM), is an additive manufacturing technique that uses a high-powered laser to selectively melt and fuse layers of metal powder together, creating three-dimensional objects.

3.Vaccum Casting: This technique uses liquid metal or plastic and other materials to fill a mold, then cool and solidify, forming the desired part or model.

1.Quick analysis
Analysts from ABBYLEE worked closely with designers to quickly determine the basic requirements of the system and describe the basic requirements according to the characteristics to be reflected by the prototype to meet the needs of developing the prototype.
2.Construct prototype
On the basis of rapid analysis, a feasible system can be implemented as quickly as possible according to the basic requirements description. 3.Run prototype
